Digital products and licenses
Unless a product page says otherwise, digital downloads and image licenses are final sale once the file, download link, or access instructions have been delivered. That helps us keep the licensing catalog practical and affordable for customers.
When we will help
If you receive the wrong file, cannot access a download you paid for, are charged twice, or believe there was an unauthorized transaction, contact us right away and we will review the issue. If the file itself is defective, we will try to replace it or fix access first.
EU digital content
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK and immediate delivery begins after you explicitly agree to it and acknowledge that you may lose the right to withdraw once delivery starts, that waiver applies to the extent permitted by local law.

Processing time
We try to answer refund and access requests as quickly as possible, usually within a few business days. Payment processor timelines can affect when a refund appears on your statement.
