Photographers worldwide are invited to document wetland conservation and renewal in the Nandagang International Wetland Photo Contest 2026, under the theme “Together for Wetlands.” Entry is free and open to everyone — amateurs and professionals, of any nationality and any age — and photographers retain full copyright in their work.
Six categories span Global Wetlands, People and Wetlands, the Nandagang Wetland, Wetlands and Migratory Birds, Youth Imaging for entrants under 28, and Wetland Conservation Stories in video. Participants may submit up to six entries, as single images and series, and the best works will be evaluated by an international jury of landscape, nature, documentary and wildlife photographers.
The grand prize is USD 1,500, with $500 for first place, $200 for second and $50 for third. The contest is organized by Global Southern News, the Cangzhou International Communication Center and Xinhuanet North America.
Results are expected on December 30, 2026. Deadline: November 28, 2026.
